In this episode replay, I have a conversation with Cindy Lee about how landlords can ensure that they are paid rent on time each month. Managing rental collections can be one of the most challenging parts of your job as a landlord or property manager. Cindy will share some of the most influential collections strategies she uses in her day-to-day work with AR collections management.

Cindy has been in the commercial collection industry for 25 years. Many of Cindy’s clients have been with her since the onset of her career, and some of those clients include Jones Lang Lasalle, Simon, Comcast/Xfinity, and Angie’s List, to name a few. One of Cindy’s specialties is working directly with property owners and property management companies, teaching them how to have the upper hand in dealing with tenants.
